Refund & Cancellation Policy for OneClickSWMS

1. Overview
This policy outlines the refund and cancellation terms for OneClickSWMS subscription services. We want to be transparent about what you can expect.
2. Subscription Plans
OneClickSWMS offers monthly subscription plans ranging from $15 to $60 AUD per month. Each plan includes a set number of AI SWMS generation credits per billing cycle. Payments are processed securely via Stripe.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancel through your account settings (Profile section) or via our Stripe billing portal. Upon cancellation:
- Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period
- You retain full access to all features during this period
- No further charges will be made after the current billing period ends
- Your SWMS documents and data remain accessible until the end of the billing period
- After your subscription ends, you can still access and download your existing documents but cannot create new AI-generated content
4. Refund Policy
Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds for change of mind. If you are unsure about the service, we encourage you to review our features and documentation before subscribing.
AI Generation Credits
Used AI generation credits are non-refundable as the AI processing cost is incurred at the time of generation. Unused credits within a billing period do not roll over and are not refundable.
Service Failures
If the service fails to meet a consumer guarantee (for example, the service is significantly different from its description, or is substantially unfit for its common purpose), you may be entitled to a remedy including a refund. See "Australian Consumer Law" below.
5. Australian Consumer Law
Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)).
You are entitled to a remedy (which may include a refund, re-supply, or compensation) if:
- The service has a major failure (it is substantially unfit for its normal purpose, significantly different from description, or does not meet a specific purpose you told us about)
- The service has a minor failure that we cannot fix within a reasonable time
We will never refuse a remedy that you are legally entitled to under the Australian Consumer Law. If you believe the service has failed to meet a consumer guarantee, please contact us with details of the issue.
6. How to Request a Refund
Contact support@oneclickswms.com.au with:
- Your account email
- A description of the issue
- The date the issue occurred
- Any relevant screenshots or details
We will respond within 5 business days and work with you to resolve the matter.
7. Disputes
If you are not satisfied with the outcome of a refund request, please contact us again at support@oneclickswms.com.au so we can work to resolve the issue. OneClickSWMS provides access to a technology platform and all refund decisions are final once communicated.
