Version 2026-10.2 · in force since 30 Sept 2026 · 3ec6ee4cb780
The short version
- We aim for WCAG 2.2 level AA, including the worker sign-on on a phone.
- Tell us if something doesn't work for you and we'll help another way.
A summary only. The full text below is what applies.
We want everyone to be able to use OneClickSWMS — including workers signing on a phone on site. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.
What we do: we test our main pages and the worker sign-off flow with automated tools and by keyboard, check colour contrast, and let workers type their name instead of drawing a signature.
Known gaps: Some older PDFs created before 20 October 2026 aren't fully tagged for screen readers. The worker link shows the same content as accessible web text.
Tell us: if something doesn't work for you, email support@oneclickswms.com.au or use the chat. We'll reply within 2 business days and help you get what you need another way.
