How we count credits
- Standard SWMS · 1 credit. Up to two high-risk construction work categories for your state, and none of the complex triggers.
- Complex SWMS · 2 credits. Three or more high-risk construction work categories, or any of: asbestos; demolition of load-bearing structure; confined space; work on or near energised electrical installations; a trench or shaft deeper than 1.5 m; tilt-up or precast concrete; work in or near water with a drowning risk; work on a telecommunications tower.

The finalise screen shows the cost and the reason before you confirm. The cost is worked out from the final content, so removing a high-risk category can lower it.

Refunds
No change-of-mind refunds. We refund when we're at fault — for example a duplicate charge or a charge after you cancelled — and whenever the Australian Consumer Law requires it. If a draft or finalise fails because of a fault on our side, we put the credit back. Refund Policy

What does a credit pay for?
Finalising one SWMS. Writing drafts, editing, new versions of a finalised SWMS, sign-ons, PDFs and downloads are free.
What makes a SWMS complex?
Three or more high-risk construction work categories, or work such as asbestos, energised electrical, confined spaces or trenches deeper than 1.5 m. The finalise screen shows the cost and the reason before you confirm.
Do plan credits carry over?
No. Plan credits refresh on each renewal date and unused ones don't roll over. Bought credits are used after plan credits and never expire while we run OneClickSWMS.
Do you charge GST?
No. We're not registered for GST, so no GST is charged and our receipts aren't tax invoices.
How do I cancel?
In Account, any time, no notice needed. Your plan runs to the end of the period you've paid for; your SWMS and bought credits stay.
