What a credit pays for, and which plan suits you.
What a credit pays for
A credit is used when you finalise a SWMS. Everything else is free: writing drafts, editing, new versions of a finalised SWMS, sign-ons, PDFs, the sign-on register and downloading your records.
- A standard SWMS uses 1 credit: up to two high-risk construction work categories and none of the complex triggers.
- A complex SWMS uses 2 credits: three or more high-risk categories, or work such as asbestos, energised electrical, confined spaces, trenches deeper than 1.5 m, tilt-up or precast concrete, work near water with a drowning risk, or telecommunications towers.
The finalise screen shows the cost and the reason before you confirm.

Plans and bought credits
- Plan credits refresh on each renewal date. Unused plan credits don't roll over.
- Bought credits (packs) don't expire while we run OneClickSWMS. If we ever close, we refund unused ones.
- When you finalise, plan credits are used first, then bought credits.
Plans renew automatically until you cancel. We email yearly subscribers at least 30 days before each renewal, and monthly subscribers a summary every 6 months. You can cancel online any time in Account.
Tax
All prices are in Australian dollars. No GST is charged: we're not registered for GST, so our receipts are not tax invoices. They show our ABN, 53 930 169 401.
Which should I choose?
If you write a SWMS now and then, buy credits as you need them. If you finalise more than three a year, the yearly plan costs less per SWMS. If you do a lot of different jobs each month, the monthly plan gives you 10 credits every month.
