Downloading all your records

Your records are yours

While your account is open, your SWMS, every finalised version, the PDFs and the sign-ons stay in your account. You can view and download them at no charge, whether or not you have credits or a plan.

WHS laws ask the business doing the work to keep its SWMS for a set time. We recommend you also keep your own copies.

Download one SWMS

Open the SWMS and tap PDF to download the finalised version, or open Sign-ons to download the sign-on register as a PDF.

Download everything

Go to Account › Download all my records.

We put together a zip file with:

• every finalised SWMS version as a PDF,
• the sign-on register for each SWMS,
• spreadsheets of your SWMS, your crew and their sign-ons.

When it's ready we email you a link. The link works for 7 days; you can make a new download any time.

If you close your account

We keep your records for 90 days after you close your account, so you can change your mind or download them. After that we delete them and can't restore them. Download anything you still need before you close.
