Check the SWMS with the crew
Compare the draft with the site, equipment and planned method. Update any gaps and talk through the steps and controls with the people doing the work.

Finalise and save the PDF
Finalise the checked SWMS. Collect the signatures requested for the job and download the current PDF. Give the file a clear name showing the job and version.
- 4
Choose the project and attach the file
Open the correct project in the builder's portal. Choose the document category the builder specifies, attach the PDF and add a sign-on sheet if requested. Check the business, version and date fields.
